Triptai Dimri examined Momo’s fans a major reality as they dropped the routine of their intensive workout, burning calories from Momos.

Tripti Dimri’s Workout Routine

Triptii Dimri excluded it and set a fitness goal for his deception day. The Bad News actor can be seen setting a set of practice that tested his flexibility, endurance and core strength.

Triptii Dimri did this workout in the video:

  • Takht with medicine ball tap: Triptii Dimri enhanced her main strength as she moved backwards in the position of a plank, exploiting the drug ball.
  • Butterfly sitting with dumbbells: Triptii sat in the butterfly posture and used dumbbells that spread and worked on the internal thigh muscles. This butterfly sitting currency is also known as Baddh Konsana.
