This stock has doubled its money in a year, brokerage’s opinion- invest two paise and you will make profit

New Delhi. The stock of Hero MotoCorp, the country’s leading two-wheeler manufacturer, has given investors a return of 103 percent in the last 1 year. This multibagger stock closed at Rs 4,698.15 (Hero MotoCorp Share Price) on NSE with a gain of 3.94 percent in the last trading session i.e. Friday. There is still a lot of strength left in this stock and if money is still invested in it, then this auto stock can give good profits to the investors in the future. This is the statement of brokerage firm Sharekhan. Giving a ‘buy’ rating to Hero MotoCorp stock, the brokerage said that the management of Hero MotoCorp expects that the two-wheeler industry will see double digit revenue growth in the financial year 2025. The company will benefit from this growth.

Sharekhan has recommended buying Hero MotoCorp based on good recovery in EBITDA margins, good response to the company’s products, continued focus on premiumization and expansion in EV. However, the brokerage has not made any change in the target price and has retained it at Rs 6,057 per share.

Double your money in a year
Hero MotoCorp shares have doubled the investors’ money in a year. On March 27, 2023, the price of this share was Rs 2308.60, which has now increased to Rs 4,698.15. Meaning that if an investor had invested one lakh rupees in this share a year ago and is still invested, then today the value of his investment has become Rs 203,506.

In the last one month, the stock of Hero MotoCorp has gained about four and a half percent. Similarly, this auto stock has jumped about 58 percent in the last six months. So far in the year 2024, this stock has given 14 percent return to the investors.

Promoters’ stake is 34.76 percent
According to BSE data, the promoters’ stake in Hero Motocorp was 34.76 percent and the public’s was 65.24 percent by the end of December 2023. Hero Motocorp’s market cap is more than Rs 93600 crore on BSE. The 52-week high of the stock is Rs 4,979.95, which was recorded on February 12, 2024. The 52-week low of the stock is Rs 2,246.75, which the stock touched on March 28, 2023.
