bicep curls:
In this workout, we have to stand straight with dumbbells in both our hands. Then, in a controlled manner, we have to lower the weight. We should repeat this routine at least 10 times.

Lateral Raise:
This routine helps in getting toned and defined arms. In this routine, we should stand with our feet parallel to the hips. Then we should take a dumbbell in each hand. Slowly, we should lift the dumbbells up from both sides while keeping the core tight. Then we should slowly lower the weight. This should also be repeated for at least 10 counts.

Push ups:
This routine helps to work multiple muscle groups of the body. The basic pushup involves lying on the floor, face down, and then using arm strength to pull the body up. We can always increase the difficulty level of this workout by changing the arm position.
Wrist rotation:
This is a part of the warm-up routine. In this workout, we have to sit in a comfortable position and stretch our arms in front of the body. Then slowly make a fist and keep rotating the wrist clockwise and anticlockwise.
Shoulder rotation:
In this routine, we have to touch the shoulders with our fingers and then keep rotating the elbows clockwise and anticlockwise. Being a part of the warmup, it helps in increasing the strength of the arms and shoulders, which can be helpful in other intense workouts.
