Sophie Perry, founder of Natural Face Lift Academy, says that with a little consistency this deep-puffing routine is the answer to your puffy face problems.

The index finger goes behind the top of your ear and the thumb goes behind the lobe. Simply pinch your fingers together with the ears in the middle. Do this 20 times on each side. This will make your face less puffy and more shapely.

The hands should go under the chin in prayer posture and the thumbs should be placed on the throat below the tongue. Apply appalu force by turning the rest of your fingers upward along the jaw line, below the jaw line, and pressing in an upward motion with the thumbs. Finish with a slight circular massage where the jaw meets the cheek. This sharpens the jaw line and expels fluid. Do this for 2 minutes a day.

With your knuckles, massage with gentle force the point where your jaw meets your cheek in front of the ear. Do this for 20 minutes a day to remove fluid from the face.

Place your hands on your forehead to maintain your face. Pout your lips and try to pull in your cheeks. You should feel tension at the corner of your lips and along the cheekbone line. It gives shape and tone to the middle face. Do this 20 times a day.

Simply press down your cheekbone line at the point where the corner of your lips merge with the cheeks. This makes the laugh lines appear thicker and more raised. Do this 20 times a day.

Use light force on either side of your nose. Start with a rubbing that circles your eye cavity up to the corners of your eyes, ending with a circular pressing move. This improves dark circles as well as sinus pressure. Do this 20 times a day.

To make the expression lines on your forehead less prominent, hold your hands where the forehead meets the hairline, using the heel of your palm to grasp the eyebrows, simultaneously lifting them up. Do this 20 times a day.
