The man was told by the OnePlus service repair team that replacing the faulty motherboard would cost them Rs 42,000 which is almost the price of a new OnePlus 10 Pro.
The company has spoken on the matter and shared its statement with AyraNews24x7 Tech, saying, ‘We are saddened to hear about some recent cases where users are facing some issues with their OnePlus 9 and 10 Pro related to the motherboard of the device. The user experience of our customers matters to us. While we are still investigating the cause, we assure you that we will try to fix it as soon as possible for the affected users.’
