Almond Cocoa Bites

Material: Almond butter – 1/2 cup, cocoa powder – 2 tbsp, oats – 2 tbsp, honey – 1 tsp, crushed almonds – 1 tbsp

Method: Mix everything, make small balls and keep in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Add a pinch of sea salt for a brownie-like taste.

Power Statistics: 150 calories, 4 grams protein, 11 grams carbohydrates

Carrot Cake Bites

Material: Grated carrots – 1/4 cup, Oats – 2 tbsp, Almond butter – 1 tbsp, Raisins – 1 tbsp, Cinnamon – 1/4 tsp

Method: Mix all the ingredients, form balls and refrigerate before serving. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla for some extra flavor.
