Faridabad will benefit from Namobharat RRTS corridor: This year is about to end and the new year 2026 is about to come. The luxury and premium housing segment of Delhi-NCR has broken records in property in 2025, Gurugram and Noida have got the biggest benefit from it, but in 2026, this limelight can be taken not by Gurugram and Noida but by another city of NCR. This city adjacent to Delhi can leave Gurugram and Noida behind in terms of property demand in the new year.
Very cheap prices in Faridabad
From the point of view of price trends, this is also in favor of Faridabad. In 2025, average home prices in Gurugram are estimated to be Rs 11,000–12,000 per sq ft, while in Noida it is around Rs 9,000–9,500 per sq ft. In contrast, Faridabad remains much cheaper at around Rs 4,000–5,000 per sq ft, giving more scope for price increases as connectivity improves.
NCRTC CPRO, Puneet Vats says NaMo India is improving regional connectivity by reducing travel time. Additionally, it is promoting balanced, sustainable and multi-centric growth by supporting planned real estate development along this corridor.
Namo Bharat Corridor will be a game changer
Industry leaders also say the same thing. Mohit Malhotra, Founder and CEO of Neoliv, says that NaMo Bharat Corridor has the potential to change the way home buyers look at NCR, as it will make the journey between the cities faster. It connects the golden trio of Faridabad, Gurgaon and Noida, which will make commuting easy. Faridabad is emerging as the third mega city of NCR and is a strong choice for families looking for a luxury community and large, landscaped green space without losing access to the commercial hub.
Developers like Neoliv and BPTP, which own considerable land in Faridabad, are well positioned to meet this changing demand. As buyer preferences shift towards amenity-rich, community-oriented homes backed by reliable delivery, their presence in well-connected micro-markets positions them at the forefront of the next growth cycle.
Manik Malik, CEO, BPTP, says the upcoming Namo Bharat RRTS corridor is an important milestone in strengthening integrated mobility across the NCR. By enabling faster, multi-modal connectivity between Gurugram, Faridabad, Noida and Greater Noida, it lays the foundation for more inclusive and accessible urban growth. In particular, Faridabad is expected to benefit from greater regional integration, which will provide greater convenience and ease of living for both residents and businesses.
It will be easy to work in NCR while living in Faridabad.
This corridor will easily connect with the existing infrastructure in Gurugram like RRTS NH-8, Dwarka Expressway, Metro network and Southern Peripheral Road. Better regional mobility is expected to increase the residential area for its corporate hub, allowing professionals to live in Faridabad or Noida while working in Gurugram. Past experience with NaMo Bharat corridors shows that stations often promote local development, supporting demand for housing, retail and flexible workspace.
Noida and Greater Noida, which already have strong metro and expressway connectivity, will benefit from faster, direct access to Gurugram and Faridabad. As commute times become shorter and more reliable, homebuyers, especially young professionals, may prioritize affordability and lifestyle over distance, leading to increased demand in the mid-income, upper mid-income and rental housing segments.
Sam Chopra, President and Country Head, EXP Realty India, says the finalization of the DPR for the Gurugram-Faridabad-Noida Namo Bharat RRTS corridor is a key moment for the next phase of urban and real estate development in NCR. As connectivity in the major hubs of NCR strengthens, demand will naturally shift towards emerging, transit-linked corridors.
Apart from transportation, this corridor is all set to influence housing preferences, pricing trajectory and long-term investment sentiment. Fast, predictable cross-city travel allows homebuyers to prioritize lifestyle, space and affordability rather than just proximity, while investors typically see continued value creation along well-connected transit corridors.
