He lists his ‘8 recommendations for losing weight and finishing this year strong.’ Here’s what he said in a video:
1. Eat until you feel full
Eat until you feel that your stomach is still light and light after you finish eating.
2. Drink water from a glass
Keep sipping even when you don’t feel thirsty because you don’t want to reach thirst in the first place.
