The first season of Manoj Tiwari’s web series ‘Family Man’ came in 2019. The first season was a huge hit, and exactly two years later Raj & DK brought back its second season… There is no doubt that the second season was as powerful as the first. However, it took a long time for the makers to bring the third season, and after four years ‘Family Man’ came back with its third season. Yes, the third season was released on November 21, 2025 on Amazon Prime Video.
After watching the trailer of this series, my excitement had increased, and I was hopeful that Manoj Bajpayee would dominate OTT in the role of Shrikant Tiwari. The third season, which people were waiting for so eagerly and which took four years to arrive. There is no doubt that Jaideep Ahlawat will win your hearts with Manoj Bajpayee in the third season. The acting skills of both are excellent. Seeing Manoj Bajpayee in the role of Shrikant Tiwari is a unique experience.
The story of this season has been written better than the previous two seasons, but the truth is that the third season of the series seems to be lagging behind due to its slow pace. There are a total of seven episodes in season 3. The pace from the first episode to the third episode is so slow that you start getting bored from the very beginning. The first three episodes are quite slow, and watching them you feel that the story should move faster. However, from the third episode onwards the series returns to its good pace, which definitely increases the excitement.
The season starts with several bomb blasts in the Northeast. After which, the next scene takes us straight to Srikanth, where the housewarming ceremony of his new house is taking place, which his wife Suchitra Tiwari (Priyamani) has just bought. Apart from this, Srikanth is having a fight with his wife, and he has also filed for divorce. Meanwhile, Srikanth has to go to the Northeast with his boss Gautam Kulkarni (Dalip Tahil) for a special mission. During this, they are attacked, in which Kulkarni dies, but Srikant survives the attack. This is where Srikant’s troubles begin and danger starts increasing for his family.
However, in times of trouble, Srikant’s friends do not leave him and stay with him till the last moment and keep helping him. So what trouble does Srikant get into and why does his department become his enemy? Does Srikanth get divorced from his wife? There are many questions whose answers you will get only after watching the entire series.
The story of Season 3 is well made, but if the pace of the initial episodes had been better, it could have been even stronger than the first and second seasons. Talking about acting, apart from Manoj Tiwari, Jaideep Ahlawat has done tremendous acting in the role of a drug dealer Rukma. His star is at its peak these days, for which he is seen working hard continuously, which is clearly visible in this series as well. Nimrat Kaur, Priyamani, Sharib Hashmi, Jugal Hansraj and Shreya Dhanwantri have also done justice to their respective characters. From me, the third season of ‘Family Man’ is 2.5 out of 5 stars.
