It takes 2 hours now, then it will take 25 minutes
To reach Noida, Greater Noida or Ghaziabad from Faridabad, one has to go to Delhi. This not only takes more time but also has to face traffic. Currently, it takes one and a half to two hours to reach Ghaziabad or Noida from Faridabad. However, after the construction of the Manjavali bridge, not only the distance but the time will also be reduced to 20-25 minutes.
The part of Greater Noida of Faridabad is called Greater Faridabad which is developing into a new city. More than two and a half lakh people are living here in more than 35 housing societies. Till now people could not feel directly connected with Greater Noida and Ghaziabad due to the limited connectivity here. But due to the Manjavali Bridge and the upcoming FNG projects, now this area will be directly connected to these two cities.
No traffic route and short distance demand will increase
Uddhav Poddar, chairman and managing director of Bhumika Group, says that Faridabad and Greater Faridabad will now be directly connected to the three major cities of Uttar Pradesh, Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad due to the construction of Manjavali bridge over the Yamuna river. This will increase the residential demand of Greater Faridabad. Staying here and doing business from here will now be easier, which will directly show the impact on property demand and prices.
While Sikka Group Chairman Harvinder Singh Sikka said that the distance between Faridabad and Noida is now decreasing. With this, the real estate market of both places will support each other. Those who used to shy away from buying a house here to avoid the problem of coming and going to Noida, they will now be ready to invest.
