New Delhi. For the first time, benefits and discounts of up to Rs 50,000 are being offered on Tata Punch EV from its launch in January 2024. However, the maximum account is being offered only on the top-spec Punch EV Empowered +S LR AC Fast Charger (FC) variant. According to a report by AutocarIndia, dealer sources revealed that ahead of the launch of the Punch EV on January 17, Tata dealerships across India had reportedly received a large number of units of the top-spec Empowered + S LR variant which comes with a fast 7.2 Comes with kW AC charger (AC FC). To move this inventory, a discount of Rs 20,000 is being given by the dealership. Besides, insurance benefits and dealer discounts are also being given. In this way, customers can avail total benefits up to Rs 50,000.

Almost every Tata showroom has around five to 10 units of Punch EV Empowered +S LR AC FC, which are expected to be sold with these benefits. After the discount, the ex-showroom prices of the top-spec model may come down to Rs 15 lakh from Rs 15.49 lakh.
As its name suggests, the Punch EV Empowered +S LR AC FC variant comes with a larger 35kWh battery with an ARAI-rated 421 km range, a more powerful 122hp motor and electronic parking brake, hill-descent control, sunroof, ambient lighting, Premium features like leather seats, ventilated front seats, 360-degree camera and 10.25-inch infotainment display are available.
