Karishma Kapoor’s children raised voice for their rights.New Delhi: Sanjay Kapoor’s property dispute was heard on Friday 26 September in the Delhi High Court. During the hearing on the case, the children of Priya Sachdev Kapoor and Karisma Kapoor’s children said before the court that they would not share the content of Sanjay Kapoor with the media. In the hearing, the court allowed Sanjay’s widow Priya Sachdev to submit the list of properties of Sanjay Kapoor in the seal cover. His lawyer also requested that the documents shared in the court be kept confidential.
Priya Sachdev laid the condition!
Priya Sachdev had sought permission to deposit the husband’s personal properties and liabilities in seal envelopes in view of the risk of cyber security and possible misuse of financial details. He also requested that all the parties, including Karisma Kapoor-Sanjay Kapoor’s child and mother Rani Kapoor, signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before reaching the document. He proposed a privacy club as an alternative, which only has access to special legal representatives.

This legal battle of Priya Sachdev and Karisma Kapoor’s children is associated with Sanjay Kapoor’s huge assets worth Rs 30,000 crore. Karishma Kapoor’s children moved the court against her father’s third wife Priya. They are allegedly demanding reasonable rights in their father’s property. He alleges that Priya Kapoor has tried to get complete control on her property.
