Include foods rich in water in your diet. Cucumbers, watermelons, oranges and zucchini are more than 90 percent of the water and contribute to your hydration needs. Soup and smoothie are also great ways to keep themselves hydrated.

7. Keep water accessible
Everywhere, carry a bottle on work, gym or shopping. At home, place bottles or glasses in many rooms. If the water is always within access, you are more likely to drink it. If you wake up, keep a glass by your bedside. The construction of these habits makes you feel intensified, more energetic and healthy. The National Academy of Medicine suggests that “it is recommended that men drink 13 cups (about 3 liters) of water every day, women should drink 9 cups (just 2 liters) of water every day, pregnant women should drink 10 cups of water daily, women should drink 12 cups, and children and teenagers should drink 6 to 8 cups of water.”
