Maxillofacial specialist Dr. Kritika Mohan is known for sharing expert insights on her Instagram profile. A few days ago, Dr Kritika had shared a short video of herself drinking a glass of water, which helped her with her hair fall problem. “Well, it’s the chia seeds that I’ve added to my routine, and they’ve really helped reduce my hair fall and promote growth.”
Dr. Krutika said that chia seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids which can help in relieving inflammation in the scalp and managing hair fall. “The best time to take chia seeds is in the morning – add them to your smoothie, yogurt, oatmeal, or even plain water. Always soak them overnight before consuming them in the morning. Remember, adding chia seeds alone will not cure hair loss or promote growth.
