Delhi University, Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) watched a strong placement season for 2024-25, in which students received more than 520 final offers in top-level firms. The highest annual package was Rs 36 lakh, which outlines the continuous demand for graduate talent of SRCC in consultation, finance and technical-operated areas.
The placement cell said that the total GDP was a hit of Rs 51.5 crore, which marks a 19% increase from the previous year. More than 15 areas were represented in the recruitment cycle, with Marqui and Company, Boston Consulting Group, Ban & Company, Blackstone, Nomura, Deutush Bank, D Show, FTI Consulting, Extenter Strategy, Capler cannon and Mesho with Marki recruitors.
In addition to full -time proposals, SRCC students secured over 120 internship opportunities, with the highest monthly stipend to Rs 2.2 lakh. The total value of the internship offer was Rs 57.2 lakhs, with an average stipend to 12.5% year-on-year.
Principal Professor Simrit Kaur credited success to the college’s educational environment and structured training efforts. He said, “The placement cell at Shri Ram College of Commerce continues educational rigidity and institutional vision, which has long defined our heritage,” he said. “2024-25 recruitment season results are not only a will for our students’ caliber but also for the continuous and strategic efforts of the cell.”
This year, SAIL organized more than 80 corporate engagement sessions, including McKins’, BCG and Impact Consultancy Debberg. These initiatives benefited more than 1,000 students, which strengthened student readiness for SRCC’s industry interfaces and competitive roles.
The SRCC provides the facility between the top performing colleges of DU in both placements and entry. In the first round of seat allocation for the 2025–26 session, it remained one of the most preferred institutions for commerce candidates under CUET.
