Ingredients-
Onion – 2 (finely chopped),
Ginger-garlic paste-1 tbsp,
Cream – 2 tablespoons,
Spices – turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, garam masala (as per taste),
Green chili and green coriander – for garnish.

Method of preparation-
Boil the soy arc lightly so that it becomes soft. Now add curd, turmeric, red chili powder and some salt and marinate for 30 minutes. This will keep the flavor inside the arc.
Make spicy gravy-
Heat oil in the pan and add onion to it and fry till it turns golden brown. Then add ginger-garlic paste and cook till the fragrance comes. After this, add tomato puree and add spices and fry well, until the oil is separated.
Now add marinated soy arc in it and mix well in spices for 5-7 minutes. Then add half a cup of water and cover it and let it cook on low flame.
If the gravy becomes thick, add cream and sprinkle garam masala on top. Garnish with green chillies and green coriander.
Your spicy soya chaap masala is ready. Serve it with naan, butter roti or cumin rice. Whether it is party or home dinner, this dish will make every opportunity special.
