Song Joong-ki swears by Pilates

Song Joong-ki, known for K-dramas Descendants of the Sun and Vincenzo, revealed that to stay young and healthy, he turned to Pilates and found it perfect for his workout needs Is. He usually practiced Pilates in the morning before work.

“Every day is almost the same. I do Pilates early in the morning. I actually started it for recovery purposes because I had injured my knee in the past. But now, when I do Pilates every morning, my heart feels fresh,” he said.
