Dr. Rajan highlighted a concept called dietary diversity that can help you guide you on the correct selection of solids. It is an approach that focuses on a well -round, versatile selection of food that helps in the development of the intestine.
He said, “The key is offering and exposing a wide variety of different types of foods. It is known as dietary variety.
