‘Very humble moment for me yet’
In her post titled ’40 Kilos Down ‘, Anandita shared many new and old pictures of herself, enjoying her food and posing with her parents at parties, “Before The Before The – Before the start of my Kalyan Yatra on 23 August, 2024.” In his caption, he wrote, “I write it with my eyes, which is heavy without tears because it is a very emotional, proud to me.”
Then he shared some of the major aspects of his weight loss journey, writing, “I can’t believe that I have changed the story of my lifestyle in less than 7.5 months !! Is there a very big mentality innings. There is someone for the last few years who used to disregard a lot of disregard and to acquire a demons to deal with my internal demons on the shore.”

‘My cortisol level was passing through the roof’
Anandita then faced health issues: “My cortisol level was passing through the roof. I could barely go some steps without breathing; Thankfully, due to my de-live steps routine, I was running on lightning speed today. I could not go to a grand hotel already. At any time and then I start my wellness trip, I get a serious sleep.
He also shared a description of his ‘No Alcohol and Jor Sugar’ diet and wrote, “Yesterday, I am very happy to feel that my skin is so clear and in fact, thanks to the magnificent European sun. I now have a natural red tint! Also, it is clear and right/ correct/ any alcohol/ coupled sugars.”
Anandita said that her weight loss is very high about ‘personality development and a superficial pride project rather than an all-round wellness trip rather than creating it.’
