New Delhi. Luxury car manufacturer and ship engine maker Rolls-Royce today announced the launch of Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II in the Indian market, the price of which will start at Rs 10.5 crore (ex-showroom). The company also announced the launch of the black badge Cullinan Series II, which will be priced starting at Rs 12.25 crore (ex-showroom). Please note that each Rolls-Royce is custom-made and the price may vary according to customer preferences. Delivery of the super luxury SUV will start from the fourth quarter of 2024 (January-March 2025).
The Cullinan Series II made its global debut in May this year. The super luxury SUV has revised styling with new interiors and features, but the engine remains the same. With all these updates, the new model is priced up to Rs 3.55 crore more than its predecessor and the Black Badge is priced up to Rs 4.05 crore more than the old model. Thus, this SUV remains the most expensive SUV in India, with no direct rival at its price.

First of all, talking about the engine, the updated luxury SUV has the same 6.75-litre twin-turbocharged V12 engine which gives power of 571hp and torque of 850Nm. This black badged engine gives power of 600hp and torque of 900Nm. The engine comes with an 8-speed automatic gearbox that sends power to all four wheels. In terms of design, the Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II features a redesigned front, which includes new LED daytime running lights that extend to the bumper. The lower bumper has a new angled design, and the grille has horizontal chrome bars at the top and bottom, as well as a raised edge. For the first time, the grille also has lights.
Moving to the sides, a new feature line runs from the brake light to the midpoint of the rear wheel, while the rear valance now has a gloss black finish that extends upwards towards the rear. A redesigned rear bumper includes a stainless-steel skid plate, and the aluminum wheels have increased in size to 23 inches. Talking about Cullinan Black Badge, it has black door handles and color-coded lower bodywork.
Moving inside, the interior layout remains the same. It now has a new pillar-to-pillar glass-panel fascia. The front passenger will now have an illuminated dash panel. Additionally, the Series II features a dual-screen setup, consisting of a display for the digital instruments and a central unit for the infotainment system. It also features Rolls-Royce’s Spirit operating system, which was first introduced with the all-electric Spectre.
Using Spirit OS, customers can also customize the vehicle’s instruments to match the exterior or interior of the Cullinan. The SUV also features the Whispers app, designed for Rolls-Royce customers, which allows remote vehicle locking and enables users to share destinations directly with their SUV. It also tells the location of the vehicle. Additionally, the dedicated screen for rear seat passengers now has an interface to manage content streaming, as well as controls for massage, heating and cooling functions for their seats.
