In a new workout video, Shilpa Shetty displayed how to do ‘impossible sit-up’ that is a great exercise to help strengthen ABS.

‘Try only when you have a strong core’

The actor on Monday took a video of his ABS workout to Instagram to share and wrote in his caption, “Abs-Allotley Worth IT! The challenge was thrown to you. PS: Try only when you have a strong core. ,

Shilpa is right to warn her followers, as it is the best policy to start slow if you are not regular with sit-ups. To be safe, start with a managed number of sit-ups and gradually increase the number as you create power and endurance before trying Shilpa’s ‘impossible sit-up’.

You all have to know about ‘impossible sit-up’

The ‘impossible sit-up’ challenge requires you to do a sit-up with your heel fully planted on the ground, which demands extraordinary core power, flexibility and control. Your heel should keep in touch with the land throughout the movement. You have raised your hands with your back, raising your hands directly, and core by lying to your torso. Situ-ups should be performed with control, with avoiding any jerky or bouncy movements.

Can you do this? But before trying the challenge, do not forget to warm up with light cardio and stretching exercises. If you experience any discomfort, pain, or difficulty in breathing, stop immediately.
