Shilpa Shetty throws light on the benefits of the pulses kick for the core strength, muscle endurance and balance, and recommends using a tennis ball.

At the age of 50, Shilpa Shetty is one of the most worthy actors of Bollywood. The actor also inspires his followers by sharing his workout routine and diet tips on social media. In a post shared on 4 August, he shared an exercise in which he is included in his workout Regimeen to train his core. Let’s find out what it is:

Core strength training with a tennis ball

Shilpa posted a video of herself, which rhizes legs, and using a tennis ball makes it fun and more terrible. “Ball in your court, serve that core strength. Challenge was thrown to you! How much can you do with the correct form?” He captioned the video.

To exercise, while lying on her back on the floor, she lifted her back. Then, he lifted his legs from the floor and deployed them at an angle of 90 degrees. He followed it by exercising his legs alternately up and down, by exercising pulsing kick. To add the level of difficulty, he took a tennis ball and passed it in the middle of his feet, from one hand to the other, while kicking the pulsing.
