Shalini Pasi’s diet and workout secrets

Shalini says, “I eat only raw food till 6 pm. I eat dinner at 7 pm and have to cook it at home. I don’t eat out, and if I have a social commitment I make sure to have ‘home food’ before I leave.”

She further adds that she consumes ghee first thing in the morning and herbal liquids and juices form a big part of her diet. Shalini says, “I don’t take anything that comes in a bottle or a box. I consume only natural products that help form collagen.

Apart from diet, she works out for two hours a day. Shalini says, “My workout time is from 4 to 6 pm. I do Pilates and dance, and then I don’t let anyone or anything bother me.”

* Corrects irregular bowel movements: Ghee provides necessary lubrication to the entire body and cleans the intestinal tract thereby aiding bowel movement.

* Controls your appetite for a long time: Ghee provides us with satiety and helps curb unhealthy cravings.
