Seba Assam HSLC Compartmental Results 2025: The Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) today released the HSLC (Class 10) compartment exam results on 16 June. Students can now check their online digit statements on sebaonline.org and results.assam.nic.in on official sites.
A total of 54,906 students applied for HSLC (Matric) Compartmental Examination, of which 54,134 appeared for the examination. Of these, 13,585 students were successfully passed, resulting in a total pass percentage of 25.09%.
Most successful candidates were placed in the third division, in which 4,188 students scored the third division marks. Additionally, 8,975 students secured the second division, while 422 students achieved the first division.
The HSLC compartment examination began on 23 May and concluded on 29 May 2025. The exam was held in two shifts every day – the first innings lasted from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, while the second innings took place from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The examination started with mills/English and Sanskrit letters and ended with advanced mathematics, geography, history, computer science, commerce and Hindi letters.

To help students prepare better, the board provided additional 15 minutes to read the question paper.
The compartment examination was particularly for students who failed to three subjects in the regular HSLC exam, but in total scored at least 170 marks. To pass the compartment exam, a candidate needed to secure a minimum of 30% marks in the subjects for which he appeared and scored a overall score of 180 marks or more.

Earlier, the Assam Board (SEBA Division 1 or Asseb) announced the HSLC regular exam results on 11 April. This year, the overall pass percentage was 63.98%. Among the boys, the pass percentage was 67.59%, while the girls recorded a pass percentage of 61.09%. Amishi Saik of Jorhat district topped the examination with an impressive 98.50% marks.
