SBI Bank PO Recruitment 2024: State Bank of India (SBI) has started the application process for the recruitment of Probationary Officer (PO) posts from today. Candidates can apply for SBI PO Recruitment 2024 on the official website – sbi.co.in till January 16, 2025. A total of 600 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment drive. This includes 586 regular posts and 14 backlog vacancies. Phase I preliminary exam will be conducted on March 8 and 15.
SBI PO Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Educational qualification: To apply for the examination, a candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Interested candidates, who are in the final year/semester of graduation can also apply for it.
Age Limit: Candidates should be graduate in any stream and age should be between 21 years to 30 years.
SBI PO Recruitment 2024: Application Fee
Candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 750 to successfully apply for the exam. SC and ST category candidates are exempted from paying any fee.

SBI PO Recruitment 2024: Exam Pattern
The written examination is conducted in two stages. The first stage of the exam, known as Prelims, is of 100 marks. The pattern consists of 30 questions in English language, out of which 35 will be related to Quantitative Aptitude and 35 out of which will be related to Reasoning Ability.
Those who clear the prelims will be called for the main examination next time. Also known as the second stage of the exam, the questions in the main exam are for 250 marks. The second part consists of objective questions. Candidates successful in the written examination will be called for interview and document verification.
If selected for PO posts, candidates will get a salary of Rs 41,960 per month.
