SBI paid Internship 2025: State Bank of India is providing an internship opportunity through its youth for the India Fellowship program for 2025-26. This payment internship, up to 13 months, aims to provide practical experience in areas such as education and health.
To be eligible, candidates must have a graduate degree by October 1, 2025, and should be between 21 and 32 years. The internship provides a monthly stipend of Rs 16,000 with a certificate on project expenses, travel allowance, recurrence allowance, insurance, housing assistance and completion.
SBI Youth candidates are presented for the India Fellowship, citizens of India, foreign nationals (OCIs), Nepal/Bhutan. In internships, candidates need to contribute to living and working with rural communities and resolving rural development challenges.

SBI Youth 2025-26 for India Fellowship Program: Selection Process
After filling the registration form, candidates need to complete an online assessment, in which they will be asked to share their story, approach, intention to join the fellowship and share the overall world vision.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an individual interview to assess their suitability for the program. The final selection is based on the performance of the candidate in online evaluation, personal interview and overall suitability for the program. The selected candidates receive a proposal letter, and they need to confirm their approval of the proposal within a stipulated time. After accepting the proposal, they need to participate in an orientation program and join the fellowship on the date mentioned by SBI.
