Another employee Prem says, ‘Whenever employees protest for their basic needs, they are told that patients will face problems, do not disrupt work, but for the last 3 months, we have been getting food in the homes of outsourced employees. No one thinks about whether it is being built or not, whether the children are starving or how they are being brought up. We also have homes, families, expenses, why are we working? Outsourced employees say that they should be given their salaries, otherwise they will go on a long strike.
What did the director of RMML say?
On the performance of outsourced employees, Director and Medical Superintendent of RML Hospital, Dr. Ajay Shukla told AyraNews24x7 Hindi that all these employees are outsourced. The hospital management releases funds to their company every month but does so only when the owner of the company deposits the previous receipt for distributing the funds in the hospital. Only he can tell why he has not given money to the employees, although reminders have been sent to him several times by the hospital and he has also been asked to release the funds for the next month, but the hospital management has not informed him about the previous salary distribution. Will release it only after receiving the receipts. Information about all these things is also sent to the ministry. Dr. Ajay says that this has also been told to the employees.
