US Treasury Secretary Scott Besant suggested that by the time limit of July 9, some countries with an agreement will be able to interact until the tariff is determined to kick on 1 August. While the job of interacting on business deals comes mainly for Besant and others, Rubio is one of the Trump cabinet members to travel to Asia.
