Candidates can apply for 6,500 senior teacher posts through RPSC from August 19 to September 17, 2025.
Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has announced recruitment for senior teacher posts. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online at rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in through the official RPSC website. The application process for RPSC Senior Teacher posts will start from August 19, 2025, and the last date to submit the application is September 17, 2025.
The objective of this recruitment drive is to fill 6,500 senior teacher posts in various subjects. Candidates are advised to complete their registration well before the time limit to avoid any final-minute issues.
eligibility criteria
For subjects: Hindi, English, Mathematics, Sanskrit, Urdu, Punjabi, Sindhi, Gujarat
The UGC should complete a graduate or equivalent degree from which you want to teach as an alternative subject.
There should also be a degree or diploma in the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) or government recognized education.
For science subject
Alternatives should be fulfilled as a graduate or equivalent with at least two of these subjects:
Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry.
There should also be a degree or diploma in NCTE/Government recognized education.
For social science subject
Alternatives should be fulfilled as a graduate or equivalent with at least two of these subjects:
History, Geography, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Public Administration, Philosophy.
NCTE/A degree or diploma in government recognized education is also necessary.
Age limit
The candidate should be between 18 and 40 years.
Age rest may apply as per government rules.
Selection process
Selection will be done through a competitive examination.
RPSC can also use methods such as scaling, moderation, or generalization if necessary when evaluating the answer sheet.

Application
₹ 600/- for general (unreserved), creamy layer of rear classes and extremely back classes.
₹ 400/-for reserved categories including SC, ST, Backward Class (Non-Rimmer Layer), extremely backward class (non-creamy layer), EWS, Sahariya tribe and disabled persons.
