How Ronit Roy lost 8 kg
Speaking of change, Ronit said, “To judge with such height and a character of heritage, I knew that I had to go beyond understanding his emotional journey, I had to replace myself physically, which had to change myself to embrace a king’s demanding strength, discipline and royal effects.”
Opening about his acute routine, he said, “Over a period of two months, I lost 8 kg through a rigid and highly disciplined fitness Regime. In the mentality of an experienced ruler and the fierce protector of the land, helping him tap him.
