With obtaining important makeover to kegar and tribers, Renault is now ready to update the Kwid hatchback.
Renault has updated the Kegar Sub-Compact SUV and Tribiller MPV in the Indian market in quick succession. This is only the Kwid hatchback, leaving the cheapest Renault car in the country, now the only model to be updated. The French automaker is currently working on an update repetition of small hatchbacks, competing with rivals such as Maruti Suzuki Alto’s 10 and Maruti Suzuki S -reso.
Renault has not officially explained anything about the KVID facelift, but given the fact that Auto OEM launched the Tribiller facelift on July 23 and the Kegar facelift on August 24, in addition to one month, the updated version of the hatchback is likely to be launched soon, ahead of the festive season.
Argument behind Renault Kwid facelift
Despite facing standing competition, the Kwid once gave Renault a strong footprint in the Indian passenger vehicle market. However, over time, the small car market share in Indian PV space has shrunk, and utility vehicles have occupied that location. However, during the upcoming festive season, it is expected to be implemented with a decrease in potential GST, the small car market is likely to be seen. Given that, the Renault Kwid facelift may increase sales for the automaker.
Renault Kwid facelift: what is expected?
The Renault Kwid facelift is expected to come with a host of the makeover on the outsider, just as its two brothers and sisters have been found. A modified front profile, updated LED lights, new designs wheels and ticked bumpers are likely to be there. In addition, new external colors will also be introduced to Kwid.
Inside the cabin, the Renault Kwid will come with a re -designed layout for the facelift dashboard. Expect to update the upholstery material, while there will be new features. In addition, the Renault Kwid will also get some additional security facilities.
On the Paurtrain front, the Kwid facelift is unlikely to be any change. Incidentally, Renault has not updated the powertrain of Kegar and Triballer in its respective facelift versions. In that case, the Kwid facelift hopes to maintain the same engine and transmission option as the current model.
