New Delhi. There is relief news for ICSE and ISC students. In fact, the Ministry of Electronics and IT (MeitY) said on Tuesday (May 7) that ICSE class 10th and ISC class 12th students can now access their results, marksheets and certificates in real time from DigiLocker.
Students can access their authentic digital documents in digital format from the platform anytime, anywhere. The ministry said, “DigiLocker, under the Digital India Initiative, has enabled this revolutionary step by providing a secure, reliable and eco-friendly solution for issuing and accessing academic credentials in digital format by boards, universities and other bodies.” .”
So many students passed the exam
The ministry said that 2,43,617 students appeared for ICSE, out of which 2,42,328 students passed. This year, 98,088 out of 99,901 students passed the ISC exam in India and abroad.
Students can access the marksheets issued by CISCE
“More than 3.43 lakh students can now seamlessly access their academic awards like marksheets and certificates issued by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) on DigiLocker immediately after the declaration of results,” the ministry said.

Girls performed better than boys in ICSE examinations. 99.65 percent girls and 99.31 percent boys passed this examination. Similarly, in ISC examinations, 98.92 percent girls passed while 97.53 percent boys passed.
What is DigiLocker?
DigiLocker i.e. Digital Locker is a system/app where all your important documents can remain safe and secure. This is a kind of virtual locker, which was launched in July 2015. To open an account in this, you must have Aadhar card. In this you can keep many important documents including your PAN card, Voter ID, passport.
