Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) has announced a detailed notification for Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test (REET) Mains 2025. As per the official announcement, RSSB aims to fill a total of 7759 posts for Primary School Teachers (Level 1) and Upper Primary School Teachers (Level 2). Of these, 5,636 posts are for REET Level-I (Class 1-5) and 2,123 posts are for REET Level-II (Class 6-8).
Separate notifications have been issued for both the levels and can be downloaded from the official websites: rssb.rajasthan.gov.in or sso.rajasthan.gov.in. REET Mains 2025 application form will be available from today, November 7, 2025 and eligible candidates can submit their applications online till December 6, 2025.
Candidates who have qualified REET 2022 and 2025 exam are eligible to apply for Rajasthan 3rd Grade Teacher Recruitment 2025. The exams are scheduled from January 17 to 21, 2026.
REET 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have Graduation, Post Graduation or B.Ed degree with 50 percent marks. Additionally, candidates with 45 percent marks in graduation and one year B.Ed as per National Council for Teacher Education norms can also be eligible. People with 50 percent marks in senior secondary education and four-year B.El.Ed or four-year BA, B.Sc.Ed, or BA Ed can also apply for REET vacancy. Detailed notification will be available soon on the official website.
REET 2025: Steps to apply
Step 1: Visit the official website – recruitment.rajasthan.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on the application link for teacher post.
Step 3: Go to the Registration tab and complete the registration.
Step 4: Log in and apply for the desired post.
Step 5: Fill the application form, upload the required documents and submit the fee.
Step 6: Submit the form and print a copy for future reference.
