Rajasthan CET 2024: A big relief for aspiring candidates preparing for Common Entrance Test 2024 Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) has announced that there will be no negative marking for the CET Exam 2024 to be held on October 21, 22, 25 and 26.
Candidates should note that RSSB will close the online registration process for CET 2024 on September 7, 2024.
The board has decided to eliminate negative marking from the exam, RSSB said in a notification. Rajasthan General Eligibility Test This year.
Addressing the media, RSSB President Major General Alok Raj said, “The board had made a provision for negative marking in CET in the undergraduate level examination. After receiving negative feedback from the students, it has now been decided to change this process. In such a situation, now students will be able to participate in CET without negative marking.”
The move aligns CET with other major eligibility exams in Rajasthan such as REET, PTET, SET and NET, which also do not have a negative marking scheme.
Rajasthan CET 2024: Syllabus and Exam Pattern
Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has also released the syllabus and exam pattern for the upcoming CET exam.
As per the notification, the CET exam will have a total of 150 questions carrying 300 marks with a time limit of 3 hours. The exam will be based on multiple choice questions (MCQs).
