New Delhi. Bajaj Auto has finally unveiled its most powerful 400cc Pulsar. Today the company launched Pulsar NS400Z in India which comes with 400cc engine. This bike has been launched in only one variant at an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.85 lakh. According to the company, this price of the bike is for a limited time after which the price can be increased.
Along with launching its flagship bike, Bajaj has also started booking it. This bike can be booked by paying a token amount of Rs 5,000. The company has launched Pulsar NS400Z in four colors which include Glossy Ebony Black, Metallic Pearl White, Cocktail Wine Red and Pewter Grey.
The design is muscular
Bajaj has given a naked sporty design to the NS400Z. Sharp fairing has been used in the bike due to which it looks muscular and heavy. Apart from this, LED projector headlamp, LED DRL, split seat, split grab rail and rear tire hugger have been provided. NS400Z has been built on a new frame. It has inverted telescopic fork at the front and monoshock suspension at the rear.
The bike has been provided with wide tires at the front and rear for better controlling. The company has used alloy wheels of similar design found in other bikes of NS range.
How are the features?
Technically, Bajaj NS400Z is the bike with the most updated features of the company. It has a colorful digital instrument cluster which has many features like Bluetooth connectivity, music control, call and text alert, navigation, lap timer and USB charging. Apart from this, the bike also has the function of hazard light along with LED turn indicator.
The bike has four ride modes – Rain, Road, Off-Road and Sport. At the same time, advanced features like switchable traction control, dual channel ABS are also provided in the bike.
Equipped with powerful engine
In Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z, the company has given 373cc cylinder liquid cooled engine which generates power of 39.5 bhp and torque of 35 Nm. This is the same engine which is being used in Dominar 400. However, the tuning of the engine has been set different in this bike. This bike has a 6-speed gearbox with slipper and assist clutch.
