Priyanka Chopra’s co-star in fashion, Arjan Bajwa recalled the time of shooting of the film, given how she never broke on the set and did her work.
Priyanka Chopra lost her father Ashok Chopra after a long battle with cancer in 2013. Actor Arjan Bajwa, who starred with Priyanka in the film Fashion, recalled the time to know about his father’s diagnosis during the shooting of the film. Talking to Siddharth Kannan in a new interview for her YouTube channel, Arjan shared how Priyanka was very hardworking and she tied up this personal crisis. What did Arjan say
Arjan talked about the difficult times in his own personal life when his father Swinderjit Singh Bajwa, former Delhi Deputy Mayor of Delhi, a fatal decline from his first floor balcony. He said how he shot for the film fashion during that time. “We were shooting in Juhu for a sequence. I and Priyanka were sitting and talking, while the shot was getting prepared. He was also asking me about my father and then his father had detected cancer. So he was insisted. So he was insisted. I remember a specially when we were sitting together and thinking about others.
‘He is someone who is very hardworking’
Arjan agreed that Priyanka was passing through an emotional turmoil, and they were tied due to those common issues. He went to connect, “There was mutual respect for each other. Apart from this, I think she is someone who is very hardworking. Whatever she is today, wherever she has arrived- I give it all this to her hardwork and focus on my life and career … She is a very strong girl.” Arjan also said that he never saw him insecure or broke on the set.
Priyanka won the National Award for her performance in fashion. Fans will see Priyanka in the upcoming film heads. Its premiere will be on Prime Video.
