Who knew that a sandwich could be cute and packed with protein? Call the right snack the right snack with this heart -shaped probiotic powerhouse.
In search of healthy food, it is often believed that nutrition should come at the cost of taste or presentation, but since our Friday mood is already set, we are looking at colorful side with colored vegetables, creamy hung curd and full wheat bread with heart -shaped sandwiches. Designed to nourish the body and attract the eyes, this sandwich combines creativity and health in a few minutes.
Using hung curd as a base instead of traditional mayonnaise or butter, is rich in sandwich probiotics, which supports digestive health by maintaining a healthy intestine microbyota and is high in protein content to help make and repair muscles. Material:
- Full wheat bread slices- 2
- Hung Dahi- 40 grams
- Cabbage, tight- 10 grams
- Carrot, tight- 10 grams
- Beetroot, tight- 20 grams
- Red bell chili, thin slices- 10 grams
- Onion, thin slices- 15 grams
- Sunflower seeds- ½ teaspoon
- Coriander leaves- 1-2 sprig
- Lemon- A dash
- salt to taste
- Black pepper- ½ teaspoon
Method:
- Take a large bowl, add all the grated vegetables to it.
- Add hung curd, spices and spices, sunflower seeds and a dash of lemon.
- Toss the entire mixture completely until we get a blush pink color.
- Take both bread slices and cut it into a large heart shape using a large heart -shaped cutter. Keep a large heart shape aside as it will be used as a base.
- Take another heart -shaped bread and cut a slight heart shape using a mini heart shape cutter from the center.
- Take the bread slices that we kept separate for the base and scoop a spoon of the mixture and spread it on the base bread.
- Take other slices and place it on top in such a way that the blush pink will appear from the stuffing center.
- Serve this heart shape with chopped coriander leaves.
