Now, on the instructions of the Directorate of Tourism, Pilibhit District Magistrate Sanjay Kumar Singh has instructed the officials to prepare for the festival. City Magistrate Vijayvardhan Singh Tomar has been entrusted with the responsibility of this festival on behalf of the administration.

In 2021, the artisans of Pilibhit led by the then DM Pulkit Khare set the world record by making the world’s largest ringing flute. During this time, this record was officially recorded in the presence of famous flute player Pandit Rajendra Prasanna and representatives of the record institution.
