Mona says that to make durable pickle, add 500 grams of salt and 500 grams of dry pickle masala to 5 kg of cut mangoes. Cover this mixture for 6 hours without oil. Then add mustard oil to it and mix well. After two to four days, add some more oil from the top so that the pickle is completely immersed in the oil.
Always keep pickle in a place where there is no damp. Never keep aspirations under the kitchen drawer, under the sink or in a wet place. Try to keep the pickle in dry, open space. While removing the pickle, do not apply wet spoon or moist pot at all, otherwise the pickle may deteriorate.
What should be common for pickle?
According to Mona, good pickle will be made only when mangoes are also correct. For pickle, choose the same mango that looks green from the top, white from inside, in which the pulp is more and the pulp is thin. Such a common is considered the most tasty and durable.
