Dunk the face of 30 seconds of cold water every morning:

The risk of cold water in the morning first stimulates the vaginal nerve, improves blood circulation, and gives a soft reset to the nervous system – especially useful if they feel tired or worried. Sit in the sun for 20 minutes after breakfast:

Eat protein before carbs in every meal:

Eat them before your lentils, cheese, or curd before touching rice or chapati. This helps reduce blood sugar spikes.

Give them a glass of buttermilk with cumin every evening:

Buttermilk with cumin is cool and intestinal suited. It reduces acidity, inflammation, and their dinner improves the absorption of nutrients.

10 squat a day before dinner:

Not a complete workout. Only 10 bodyweight or box squat every day. It keeps their legs strong, knee mobile, and most importantly helps improve muscle strength.
