According to sources, NCERT is developing a special class module on Operation Sindoor to help students learn about India’s defense strategy and diplomatic reaction.

The National Council for Education Research and Training (NCERT) is developing two special class modules on operation vermilion- attacks against terrorist infrastructure in India’s packet- students of classes 3-12 students to 3-12 students with the aim of learn about India’s defense strategy and diplomatic reaction, news agency PTI Reported citing sources.
According to sources, currently two modules work. The first module is designed for students from class 3 to 8, while the second is intended from class 9 to 12. Each of these modules is likely to be about 8 to 10 pages long.
This class module is to help students understand how the nation responds to terrorist threats and how to play a role in national security coordination between defense, diplomacy, and ministries.
Sources in the Ministry of Education said, “It aims to understand the students how to respond to the nation terrorist threats and how the defense, diplomacy, and coordination between the ministries play a role in national security,” said sources in the Ministry of Education.
Apart from Operation Sindor, students will also be taught about mission life-India’s lifestyle campaign for environment-conscious life, the horrors of partition and the emergence of the country as a major space power, the news agency ANI said.
Additionally, NCERT is also planning to introduce India’s growing prominence in space, which has been exposed to major missions like Chandrayaan and Aditya-L1, as well as reaching the International Space Station (ISS) on the AcM Mission 4 with the recent achievement of Indian Air Force pilot Shubhanshu Shukla.
The source said, “The purpose of the module is to provide a comprehensive approach to India’s progress, from sectors to diplomacy to space exploration,”.
Operation vermilion
In one of the biggest attacks in Jammu and Kashmir, Lashkar -associated militants set fire to a group of tourists in Pahgam on 22 April, killing at least 26 people, including foreign tourists, and injured many others. Resistance Morcha (TRF), a Lashkar offshoot, claimed responsibility for the attack.
India responded on May 7 with Operation Sindoor, bombing nine terrorist camps in Pakistan and Pakistan, at least 100 terrorists. Operation was associated with fighter jets, missiles and artillery from across the border of four days.
AXIOM-4 Mission
IAF group captain Sukhanshu Shukla along with former NASA astronaut Paigi Whitson, Slavose Uznansky from Poland (European Space Agency) and Tibor Kapu from Hungary, exploded for the International Space Station on 25 June as part of the Axiom-4 mission.
Mission first entered the international space station and experimented in microgravity. AXIOM-4 (AX-4) Mission was the fourth private astronaut campaign for the International Space Station.
The crew returned safely to Earth on SpaceX’s Dragon Capsules, Grace on 15 July, when a splashadown was created in the Pacific Ocean, away from the coast of San Diego in Southern California.
He was taken to Houston, where he also met his family members including his wife and child.
Shukla brought with her with the results of seven experiments, developed by Indian Research Institutes under the coordination of the Human Space Flight Center.
