In a notable archaeological success, researchers in Poland have discovered two large -scale ancient tombs, dubbing Polish pyramids, which more than 5,500 years before the Egyptian pyramids, before the Egyptian famous pyramids.
The burial sites were detected within the Wielkopolska region of Poland, in WYSKOC, within the General DezyDery Chñapowski Landscape Park. The announcement was made by local park officials on Facebook, and the excavation is led by archaeologists of Adam Mikiviks University.
According to the researchers, the monumental structures are believed to have been created by the Fanalebacker culture, known for its advanced agricultural practices and monumental burial architecture.
Larger than the graves of life
The megalithic graves are traposodal, which are up to 200 meters in length and 4 meters high, manufactured using giant stones, some weigh 10 tons. These stones were taken and assembled only using primitive equipment and human efforts, which demonstrates the sophisticated engineering skills of the community.
What is more striking that structures are carefully aligned with cardinal directions, which suggests a solid understanding of astronomy and ritual accuracy.

Inside the tombs, archaeologists are expected to find different burials, the deceased lie on their back, facing the former. Severe items such as utensils, stone axes and even opium ships have been found, which offer a glimpse in the spiritual and cultural life of the neoliberate communities.
