Here a college student was going somewhere on his Ola scooter, when he noticed smoke coming out of the scooter.

According to the report, this accident happened when a young man named Rahul was going to college with his friend. The driver saw that smoke was coming out from under the scooter. In such a situation, without any delay he stopped the scooter on the roadside and stood at some distance. But within no time the smoke coming out of the scooter turned into flames and within no time the entire scooter caught fire. The fire was brought under control with the help of Katakkad fire unit, but by then the rear part of the scooter was completely burnt. This is not the first time that an incident of fire in an Ola scooter has come to light. There have been reports of Ola scooters catching fire and people getting injured in the past from different parts of the country. Last month, an Ola customer’s scooter in Kalaburagi, Karnataka broke down just two days after delivery. Due to the delay in repairing, this angry customer set fire to Ola’s service center, the news of which also went viral on social media.
In the present case, the reason for the fire in the scooter has not been known, but prima facie it is believed that the reason for the fire in the scooter could be a battery explosion.
