Oben Rorr: E-bike launched at a discount of Rs 40,000, has a range of 187KM

Oben Rorer launched in Delhi: Electric vehicle manufacturer Oben Electric has launched its electric motorcycle Oben Rorr in Delhi. It has been launched in Delhi at a discount of Rs 40,000 from its original price. The original ex-showroom price of Oben Rorr is Rs 1.49 lakh, but in Delhi it has been introduced at an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.10 lakh. The company has opened its first dealership in Delhi in Pitampura.

The company said that it aims to expand its reach in the national capital by setting up 12 showrooms and service centers in Delhi-NCR by the end of the financial year. Under this offer, the first 100 customers in the capital can buy the Roar at an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.10 lakh.

The Oban Roar electric bike gets a 4.4 kWh lithium-ion battery pack which is paired with a 10 kW electric motor, which produces a peak torque of 62 Nm. According to the company, the bike can accelerate from 0 to 40 kmph in just 3 seconds and achieve a top speed of 100 kmph. This electric bike has three riding modes – Eco, City and Havoc.

Oben Electric claims that this e-bike can give a drive range of up to 187 km on a single full charge. Its battery takes about 2 hours to be fully charged.
