In a post shared on 24 September, a nutritionist and weight loss specialist Lima Mahajan shared the top six foods, which each woman should eat to prevent breast cancer. He stressed, “Starting these foods in life will help prevent the possibility of developing the disease.”

1. Pomegranate

Pomegranate is packed with algitanin that prevents cancer cells from multiplying and reduce estrogen-powered growth. “Best eaten fresh, 1 cup fresh pomegranate daily; they reduce by multiplying cancer cells,” he suggested.

2. Crucifer vegetables

Cruciferus vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage are rich in sulfophen, which naturally helps your liver detoxes products by harmful estrogen and blocks the growth of tumors. The nutritionist advised, “Cook them lightly or eat raw. Eat cruciferous vegetables at least 3-4 times a week.”

6. Flaxcids
