: National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the schedule Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025Session 1. This stage will include Paper 1, which is mainly for B.Tech candidates. Candidates who have registered for NTA JEE exam can check the detailed schedule by visiting the official website and plan their preparation accordingly.
As per the official notification, JEE Main exam will be conducted in various centers across India as well as in 15 cities outside the country.
NTA has released the detailed exam pattern and timing for both shifts of JEE Main 2025 Session 1. The examination structure of Part I of Paper 1 and Paper 2 consists of two sections. Section A consists of multiple choice questions (MCQs) where candidates have to select the correct option, while Section B consists of numerical value-based questions which require candidates to calculate and input their answers.
Underscoring the importance of accuracy, negative marking will be applicable for wrong answers in both the sections. Candidates are encouraged to review the pattern thoroughly to prepare effectively for the examination.

How to Register for JEE (Main)-2025:
Instructions to apply online for JEE (Main)-2025 are available in the Information Bulletin, which can be found on the NTA website under the heading Important Information at a Glance.
The choice of examination cities will be displayed to the candidates based on the permanent and current address provided by them during registration. Candidates can select from four city options.
Additionally, examination centers will be set up in cities outside India where there are sufficient numbers of candidates.
