The aim is not to send Dala to India by entangling him in legal hassles. Dala was earlier arrested in a firing case and now he will have to get bail in this case also.

According to Canadian documents, Arshdeep Gill was born in the year 1996. Case number 97773 has been registered against him under file number k1. An intelligence officer with knowledge of foreign investigations said that in Canada, file number K comes under Domestic Violence. It is also mentioned in the document that at the time the case was registered, Arshdeep was in custody. Keep in mind that Arshdeep was granted bail in a firing case this week. The Canadian Court had ordered his release in exchange for a bail of $30,000. He has been asked to quickly file a charge sheet in the criminal case with the Canadian Police.

Was a new case registered against Dala?
Immediately after Arshdeep’s arrest, the Indian administration once again contacted the Canadian administration. Giving him information about Arshdeep’s criminal horoscope once again, he was told that since his culprit has been arrested in Canada, he should be immediately sent to India. The Canadian administration felt that sending Arshdeep to India would expose him.

This is why another case has been registered against him under domestic violence. The Canadian administration can now easily say that Arshdeep cannot be sent to India until a decision is taken regarding his ongoing cases.
