New Delhi. A case has been registered against the notorious gangster Arshdeep Singh Gill Dala alias Arsh Dala living in Canada in the Canadian administration under Domestic Violence. The aim is not to send Dala to India by entangling him in legal hassles. Dala was earlier arrested in a firing case and now he will have to get bail in this case also.
According to Canadian documents, Arshdeep Gill was born in the year 1996. Case number 97773 has been registered against him under file number k1. An intelligence officer with knowledge of foreign investigations said that in Canada, file number K comes under Domestic Violence. It is also mentioned in the document that at the time the case was registered, Arshdeep was in custody. Keep in mind that Arshdeep was granted bail in a firing case this week. The Canadian Court had ordered his release in exchange for a bail of $30,000. He has been asked to quickly file a charge sheet in the criminal case with the Canadian Police.
Was a new case registered against Dala?
Immediately after Arshdeep’s arrest, the Indian administration once again contacted the Canadian administration. Giving him information about Arshdeep’s criminal horoscope once again, he was told that since his culprit has been arrested in Canada, he should be immediately sent to India. The Canadian administration felt that sending Arshdeep to India would expose him.
In such a situation, it is necessary that he should be entangled in some more cases. Due to which his going to India may get stuck in legal hurdles. This is why another case has been registered against him under domestic violence. The Canadian administration can now easily say that Arshdeep cannot be sent to India until a decision is taken regarding his ongoing cases.
How was Tudo exposed?
Canada’s Tudo administration is still openly supporting Khalistani terrorists. Recently, the arrest of terrorist Arshdeep, who was mistakenly arrested in Canada, had exposed Canada that Indian criminals are not present there. Through these criminals, Canada runs a large-scale drug trade in America and surrounding areas.
America’s borders with Canada are open, so these criminals do not face much trouble in transporting drugs. America’s newly elected President Trump has also drawn Canada’s attention to this problem.
