Three months after its global start and about two months after India’s debut, KTM finally announced specifications for the new generation 390 adventure range. The 2025 KTM 390 adventure lineup will be available globally in three variants-X, S and R. 390 adventure x is a more road-side option, while 390 adventure S get more off-road capacity. The new 390 adventure R is a more staunch off-road-red-red-red. India will get 390 Adv X and S Trims, while R will be reserved for international markets.
KTM 390 Adventure: Design
The latest KTM 390 adventure consists of LED day-time running lights, a newly designed beak-style front mudguard and an aggressively styled front coul features a dual-operator headlamp assembly. According to KTM, the overall beauty and graphics brand’s Dakar rally takes inspiration from motorcycles, showing a more top-thunder design. The 390 Adventure R is fitted with a 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wire-spoke wheels, equipped with Tubeless Mits Enduro Trail Dual-Purpose Tires. In contrast, the 390 adventure X is designed with a 19 -inch front and 17 -inch rear cast alloy wheels, featuring tires that are more favorable for road use. The 390 adventure S, which was intended for the Indian market, was presented at India Bike Week 2024, with a 21 -inch front and a 17 -inch rear spoke wheels fitted with Apollo tramplred tires.

KTM 390 Adventure: Specs
The new KTM 390 Adventure Series 390 is equipped with the latest 399 CC LC4C single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine received from Duke. The engine produces 44 bhp at 8,500 rpm and produces 39 Nm peak torque at 7,000 rpm, and is paired with a 6-speed transmission. Additionally, the engine has a assistance and slipper clutch with the two-directional quickshifter. KTM claims that gearbox has been refined to facilitate smooth shifting in the fifth and sixth gear. The manufacturer claims that the 390 adventure lineup acquires fuel efficiency of 29 kmpl.
KTM 390 Adventure: suspension and break

The 390 adventure R 870 mm seats with a height of the seat and ground clearance of 272 mm. The 390 adventure sits low at the X825 mm, while the ground clearance measures 232 mm. Both versions offer a 14 -liter fuel tank capacity and a dry weight of 165 kg, while the curb weighs 183 kg.
2025 KTM 390 Adventure: Features
The new 390 adventure range is well equipped with a host of features, including a 5 -inch TFT digital instrument console that provides Bluetooth connectivity in all variants. This motorcycle has been fitted with cruise control, cornering traction control, cornering ABS, and many ride mode-ie street, rain and off-road as well as a specific off-road ABS mode. The 390 adventure X acts as a more basic model, which lacks many characteristics such as cruise control, cornering traction control, ride mode and cornering ABS, although it maintains off-road ABS functionality.
