NEET UG Seat Allotment Result: The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) is expected to declare the NEET UG Counseling 2025 Stray Vacancy Round Seat Allotment Result today, November 12. Candidates who participated in the Stray Vacancy Counseling round will be able to check the seat allotment result after the release on the official MCC website mcc.nic.in.
Those who have been allotted a seat must report to the college with their original documents, pay the admission fee and complete the joining formalities. Those who have been allotted seats will have to report to the colleges between November 13 and 20.
How to check NEET UG seat allotment result?
step 1: Visit the official MCC portal mcc.nic.in.
step 2: Click on ‘UG Medical Counselling’ section.
step 3: Find and select the link for Stray Vacancy Round Seat Allotment Result – NEET UG 2025.
step 4: Enter your application number, date of birth and security code.
Step 5: View and download your allotment letter for future reference.
In the seat allocation stage, MCC allocates seats based on the given preferences and publishes the result online. This means, candidates will be allotted colleges based on their choice which they chose during the choice filling and locking period. These preferences, along with your NEET rank and reservation rules, will decide your seat.
The registration process for the Stray Vacancy round started on November 4 and ended on November 9, 2025. Option filling and locking facility was available from November 5 to November 9, 2025. The seat allotment process took place on November 10, 2025. The last date for Stray Vacancy round is 20th November.
MCC handles counseling for 15 percent All India Quota (AIQ) seats in government medical and dental colleges. The other 85 percent seats are filled through separate state counselling. Some states like Uttar Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Punjab, Assam and Telangana have already started their registration process.
