NEET UG Counseling 2025 Round 3 Choice Filling link is available on the candidate login page of the official website mcc.nic.in.

The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) had earlier extended the deadline for candidates to submit their choices for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG Counseling Round 3 seat allotment 2025. MCC announced the addition of seats to the NEET UG 3rd round seat matrix on October 17 and extended the choice filling process till 4 pm today, October 18.
As per the official schedule, choice locking facility will be available from 4 pm today. It is important to note that it is mandatory to lock the options for Round 3 seat allotment to proceed further in the counseling process. Candidates can check the notice on the official website mcc.nic.in and choose the option of their choice.
The official notice reads, “Choice filling for Round-3 of UG Counseling 2025 has been extended till 11:55 pm on 18.10.2025. Choice locking will be activated at 04:00 pm on 18.10.2025 and will be available till 11:55 pm on 18.10.2025.”
Candidates can now include these additional seats in their Round 3 seat allotment choices. Students can view the course and institute-wise seats available for different categories and integrate them into their third round seat allotment selection.

Soon after the choice filling process is over, MCC is expected to release the merit list. Selected candidates have to report and attend the allotted institutes to reserve their seats. To do this, they have to pay the required entry fees and complete the document verification process.
NEET UG Counseling 2025: Documents required
Before applying for admission to medical college, candidates must have these documents ready:
– NEET UG 2025 Admit Card and Scorecard
– Marksheets and certificates of class 10 and 12
– Birth Certificate (if not mentioned in Class 10 certificate)
– Category Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD candidates, if applicable)
– Domicile Certificate (for state quota seats)
– Passport size photographs (same as uploaded in NEET application)
-Migration Certificate (if applicable)
– Medical fitness certificate
